Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: All Cancellations must be done by reaching out to our email [PooBustas@gmail.com] or calling [(408) 599-4418] 1. Refunds Upon Cancellation: Cancellations will be eligible for up to a 50% refund of the remaining billing period, and after the client will receive half of the remaining service days complimentary for the next month. Complementary service days cannot be waived to increase the refund amount. 2. Example Scenarios: Example 1: Original Agreement: 4 waste removals. Completed Service Days: 2 of 4. Cancellation: The client cancels. Refund Calculation: The client is responsible for half of the remaining 2 service days (i.e., 1 service day) in the current billing period. Bank Service Days: The client has 1 banked service day to call in anytime within the month. Example 2: Original Agreement: 8 waste removals. Completed Service Days: 3 of 8. Cancellation: The client cancels. Refund Calculation: The client is responsible for half of the remaining 5 service days (i.e., 2.5 service days) in the current billing period. Bank Service Days: The client has 2 banked service days to call in anytime within the month. 3. Additional Notes: The client must request services by phone call to activate complimentary service days, which cannot be used for refund purposes. Refunds will be issued 3-5 business days after the cancellation call. Rescheduling: Flexible Rescheduling - Let us know within 24 hours of any possible rescheduling, or request it on the Scoop & Go App.
